Are you Hitting the Wall?

Performance athletes know what I am talking about. Hitting the wall is a term used to describe a level of performance you are unable to surpass. You basically hit a ceiling beyond which you seem unable to perform. Athletes wanting to reach ever higher goals and ever higher levels of performance must move past this point. Fear is a big culprit that accounts for the majority of problems athletes have in moving to the next level.
